Children & Teens
Childhood and adolescence are times of enormous growth—and sometimes big feelings. When mood, behavior, or attention start getting in the way of daily life—or when the weight of those feelings becomes too much to carry alone—early support matters. Compassionate care meeting young people where they are.
What I Help With
At Rooted Minds Psychiatry, we provide compassionate, developmentally informed care for children and teens experiencing emotional, behavioral, or attention-related challenges. We work closely with young people and their families to better understand what they are experiencing and to build supports that promote emotional wellness, stability, and confidence at home, at school, and in their relationships.
